Buck teeth, flabby arms, protruding belly, acne, uni-brow, stumpy legs, overweight, severely underweight so it looks freakishly unhealthy, tiny eyes, frizzy hair, no eyelashes, big nose, no muscle at ALL, WAY too much muscle, you know... please don't put that they have a freckle on their wrist or something. xD I don't mean a literal blemish, I mean something that makes them less attractive to people. It doesn't have to be a detraction from looking pretty or handsome. It can be something like 'always seems to be glaring and looks completely unapproachable' or something about how they appear to people first-impression wise. I'm not going to be too strict with this if the rest is good.)
